Dr. Arlene Schwartz

Dr. Arlene Schwartz is committed to providing comprehensive eye care of the highest quality to you, your family and your community. She is known for her thorough, unhurried approach that creates a comfortable environment for her patients.

Dr. Schwartz is devoted to helping children, adults, and patients in all stages of their lives. From working hand-in-hand with the medical community, treating eye diseases, accurately fitting prescription eyeglasses and specialty contact lenses to helping children with learning related vision problems. Dr. Schwartz has the experience and proficiency to provide outstanding treatment and preventive eye care.

Dr. Schwartz began her career as an optometric technician in 1976, before graduating as a Doctor of Optometry from SUNY State College of Optometry in 1983. She was an Associate Clinical Professor on staff at the Optometric Center of New York and worked at the Levin Eye Institute and Surgery Center in Ohio. In 1989 she returned to practice optometry in New York and the Westchester community, opening her own practice in 1997. Dr. Schwartz continues to study and is dedicated to finding the latest techniques and technology to give you state-of-the-art eye care.

She lives in Chappaqua with her husband and their three children.
